i start my day with nice work out i . put my 20pound arm weights on then i put myleg weights on then go throw my work out then take a shower then eat .hmmmm um food in a can blaaa .. but then i draw or site and watch a movie.then go to work 2 too 3 houres sooner then im post to.of cruse i get in i put my leg weights back on . as i do one of 9 boss comes up to me and say hi keith um can you cloock in . me beeing me nod and pack my bag and put it down clock in and begin to un load a truck with 10 pound leg weights. as the 3 houres pass un loaded a 5000 peace truck. i goto the floor to my sureprize i get asked to do hard wear and frunture & cemiclecls and then. i go my litte conner eceltronics and staionary. yaaaa 2 houres pass help costmers one of 9 boss comes up to me hey did you take a break or a lunch ? as i smile and say break lunch i need not thes things huge grumble comes from my stomic ...... ya no sorry she look at the floor good god its been all most 7 houres scine you clocked in . i trun say aa so i still have time work more ..takeing a pose. she smiles and sends me to lunch.so i go to the back nurmel cock out i take my nutrional shake and then go work out and im pos to take full 60 min lunch but i take 30 min lol.i go back to work we all finsh are work ya...rolles eyes i ride my bike home i get in sart to tak my shoes off then my leg weight as i left the pant leg i start to screem and lol i look and a shard of a plalet is sticking throw my pant leg i try pull it out . nop. so i re move my pants its trow my leg weight dame i lol. so i cute it out and find it was infacted. . i go see my freindly dc he gives me ant i biotics and week later good as new yaaaaaa i have hole in my leg.
